View a synchronization report

  1. Log in to UEM.
  2. Click 
    Settings
     > 
    External integration
     > 
    Company directory
    .
  3. On the 
    Company directory connection
     screen, click a link to a report in the 
    Last report
     column. The Directory synchronization report opens in a new window.
  4. Optionally, select a date from the list to view a report for a previous synchronization.
  5. Optionally, click Risht arrow icon to export the report to a .csv file.
The synchronization report displays the following information:
  • Start time, stop time, total time, and status of the synchronization
  • User information that was updated in UEM
  • Users added to UEM
  • Group membership updates in UEM
  • Users removed from onboarding groups
  • Users removed from UEM
  • Devices removed from UEM
