Stop a user sync

When a user sync is in progress, you can stop the sync.
  1. In UEM, on the menu bar, click 
    Settings
     > 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     > 
    User sync settings
    .
  2. On the 
    User sync settings
     page, click 
    Stop sync
    : 
    Stop a user sync
  3. On the 
    Stop User Sync
     window, click 
    Continue
    .
    Requested stop sync in progress
     is displayed while the stop request is in progress. When the sync is stopped, 
    Sync Failed
     is displayed in the 
    Last Synced 
     section: 
    Sync failed message in Last Synced section
