Create the SDK user

  1. Log in to the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation bar, click 
    Users
     > 
    Users
    .
  3. On the 
    Users
     page, click 
    New
    .
  4. On the 
    New User
     page, in the 
    Basic Information
     section, enter a Username, Mapping ID, First Name and Last name.
  5. Click 
    Save
    .
  6. On the user details page, click 
    Grant Operator Permissions
    .
  7. On the 
    Operator Permissions
     page, select the following roles from the 
    Operator Roles
     pull-down menu:
    • Alert Publisher
    • Organization Admin
    • SDK User
  8. Click 
    Save
    .
