Adding a shared mailbox to BlackBerry Work
BlackBerry Work
If you have been added as a delegate to a
Microsoft
Exchange
account, you can add that account to BlackBerry Work
and access that shared mailbox from BlackBerry Work
. You can add a maximum of two shared mailboxes. As a delegate, you can do the following:
- Read, edit, send, and delete email messages in the shared mailbox
- Decrypt, create, send, and save S/MIME encrypted messages in the draft folder
- Receive notifications when new email messages are received in the shared mailbox (RequiresBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Serverversion 2.10)
