is an email
protection service that provides email encryption. With each secure email, there is
an HTML attachment named message_zdm.html that furnishes access to the Zero Download
Messenger (ZDM). The encrypted body of the original message as well as any
attachments to the original email are contained within this attachment.You can use the Open in feature in
BlackBerry Work
to access
your SecureMail
app to
authenticate and view any secure email and attachments sent via ZDM on your mobile
device.The following are the prerequisites to use
SecureMail
with BlackBerry Work
: - TheVoltage SecureMailapp must be installed on your device.
- SecureMailapp must be whitelisted inBlackBerry Controlby your administrator. Contact your administrator to verify thatSecureMailis whitelisted if you have difficulty accessing the app fromBlackBerry Work.
- Open the message.
- Download and open the attachment called message_zdm.html. You are switched over to theSecureMailapp to sign in to theHPE SecureMail Cloud.
