can log this activity for devices that are activated with "Work space only
(Premium)", "Work and personal - full control
(Premium)" "Work and personal - full control
(Samsung KNOX
)" and "Work space only (Samsung KNOX
)" activation types.To turn on logging for SMS/MMS and phone calls, you must select the following rules in the IT policy for the device:
- Send SMS/MMS logs toUEM
- Send phone logs toUEM
BlackBerry UEM
stores separate .csv log files for both phone calls and SMS/MMS. By default, these log files are stored in <drive>:\Program Files\BlackBerry\UEM\Logs\
