OS licenses before they expire. If all available BlackBerry
OS licenses expire, the BlackBerry UEM
components that manage BlackBerry
OS devices stop responding. To start the components again, you must obtain and enter a valid BlackBerry
OS license key.- On the menu bar, clickBlackBerry OS Settings.
- On theServers and componentsmenu, expandBlackBerry Solution topology > BlackBerry Domain > Component view.
- ClickBlackBerry Administration Service.
- ClickEdit component.
- In theBlackBerry OS license key for BlackBerry UEMsection, perform any of the following actions:
- To add a license key, type the key and click
