About the Cloud Directory service
With the Cloud Directory service, you can easily find a coworker and start
a
BBM
chat with a coworker without adding them to your BBM Enterprise
contacts.For

users activated using BlackBerry ID
only:
When your administrator turns on the Cloud Directory service, you're prompted to enter
your full name. The name you enter replaces your BBM Enterprise
display name.
It's important to use your real first and last name, as it helps your coworkers find you
in BBM Enterprise
. Your
administrator can also change your BBM Enterprise
display name.
