Restart the CapCon service 

After you configure the CapCon service, you must restart it.
  1. Navigate to the IIM system.
  2. Go to 
    Start
     > 
    Run
     > 
    Services
    .
  3. Launch an instance of the Services Manager application (there should be a quick-launch icon in the task bar of the desktop).
  4. Scroll down to 
    IIM CapCon Service
    .
  5. Right-click the 
    CapCon Services
     row and select either 
    Restart
     or 
    Stop
    .
  6. Right-click 
    CapCon Service
     again and click 
    Start
    .
