Define a repository

users and groups must be added to a repository definition before access permissions can be configured. Users and groups that are added automatically receive the default access permissions.For users to access their
Microsoft
SharePoint
repositories on their devices, make sure that they have the "Read" permission level and the "Browse Directories" permission assigned.- In the management console, clickSettings > BlackBerry Dynamics > Docs.
- ClickRepositories.
- Click theAdmin definedtab.
- Click

- In theNamefield, type the name of the repository to that will be displayed to users granted mobile access to the repository.The repository name must be unique and can contain spaces. The following special characters cannot be used due to third-party limitations:
- Microsoft SharePoint2010, 2013, and 2016: ~ " # % & * : < > ? / \ { | }
- Box: \ /|
- In theStoragedrop-down list, select a storage provider.If you selectSharePointorSharePoint Online, and the share is runningSharePoint2013 or later, select theAdd sites followed by users on this sitecheck box to make this feature available to users of this share. This setting only applies for personal (my)SharePointorOneDrive for Businesssites.If your environment is configured forMicrosoft OneDrive for Business, select theSharePoint Onlinestorage provider.
- In thePathfield, specify the path to the share. Complete one of the following tasks based on the storage type that you selected in step 6.Storage typeDescriptionBoxEnter a fully qualified URL with or withoutMicrosoft Active Directoryattributes.SharePointSharePoint OnlineIf your storage provider isMicrosoft OneDrive for Business, complete this task.Enter a fully qualified URL with or withoutMicrosoft Active Directoryattributes.To add "my" or personalSharePointsites, specify the URL for the "my" site. For example,
- If your environment usesSharePointandSharePoint Online, https://<Microsoft SharePoint server>/my.
- If your environment usesMicrosoft OneDrive for Business,https://<your O365 domain>-my.sharepoint.com/personal/admin_<domain>_onmicrosoft_com/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx
Microsoft Active Directoryattributes, enter the path including these attributes. For example, https://<Microsoft SharePoint server>/my/<SAMAccountName>.Optionally, to automatically add followed sites, complete the following steps:- Add a repository for the "my" or personalSharePointsite.
- Select theAdd sites followed by users on this sitefor the repository.
- On theUser-definedtab, enable a user-defined repository permission. Make sure that you select theEnable 'User Defined Shares'andAutomatically add sites followed by userscheck boxes. For instructions, see Enable user-defined repository permissions.
- In theAccess permissionssection, click

- Select one of the following:
- Users: In theAdd a userdialog box, field, type a full or partial search string. Click the user that you want to add.
- Groups: In theAdd a groupscreen, select one or more groups. Click

Add.
- ClickAdd.
- ClickSave.
