Enable the hosted 
SMS
 plug-in for the account

After you have created the user and associated it with the hosted 
SMS
 account, you need to enable the hosted 
SMS
 plug-in.
  1. In the 
    NDS
     console, click 
    Management
     > 
    Account
    .
  2. n the 
    Account Management
     window, select the account that you created in the Create a customer account section.
  3. Click the 
    Account Resource
     tab.
  4. Select 
    Support
    .
  5. From the 
    Resource Type
     list, select 
    Rate
    .
  6. Click 
    Update Account
    .
