Incorrect or missing software on your computer

In order for the BlackBerry AtHoc Desktop App to work correctly, the following software must be installed on your computer:
  • Windows
    —The desktop app software supports the following versions of Windows:
    • Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) and above
    • Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)
    • XP (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Internet Explorer
    —The 6.2.x.273 Desktop App supports Internet Explorer versions 9 and above. The Windows client uses ActiveX so it is important that ActiveX be enabled in Internet Explorer.
  • Macintosh
    —The Desktop App software supports Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion and above.
  • Safari
    —The Macintosh client supports Safari versions 6.x and above.
  • Installation files
    —BlackBerry AtHoc provides the installation files required for the app.
