Incorrect or missing software on your computer
In order for the BlackBerry AtHoc Desktop App to work correctly, the following software must be installed on your computer:
- Windows—The desktop app software supports the following versions of Windows:
- Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) and above
- Vista (32-bit and 64-bit)
- XP (32-bit and 64-bit)
- Internet Explorer—The 6.2.x.273 Desktop App supports Internet Explorer versions 9 and above. The Windows client uses ActiveX so it is important that ActiveX be enabled in Internet Explorer.
- Macintosh—The Desktop App software supports Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion and above.
- Safari—The Macintosh client supports Safari versions 6.x and above.
- Installation files—BlackBerry AtHoc provides the installation files required for the app.
