Turn on notifications for a shared mailbox

You can receive notifications of new email messages for any mailboxes that have been shared with you.
Before you can turn on notifications for a shared mailbox in 
BlackBerry Work
, you must complete the following tasks:
  1.  In the 
    BlackBerry Dynamics Launcher
    , tap The Settings icon.
  2.  In the Notifications & Sounds section, tap 
    Mail
    .
  3.  In the 
    Other Email
     section, slide the 
    Shared mailboxes notifications
     option to ON.
    To receive notifications for shared mailboxes, 
    BEMS
     2.10 or later is required. If you do not see this option, contact your administrator to confirm the version of 
    BEMS
     being used with your account.
