Configure the 
SiRcom
 delivery gateway

  1. Log in to the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as an administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. In the 
    Devices
     section, click 
    SiRcom
    .
  4. On the 
    SiRcom
     page, click 
    Copy default settings
    .
  5. In the 
    CAP Parameter Defaults
     section, verify that the 
    Sender
     field is 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     Alerts.
    If the Sender field contains invalid sender information, it will display an error asking to enter the name of a sender.
  6. Click 
    Save
    .
