Prerequisites to enable
SiRcom
 gateway

  • Configure the
    SiRcom
     gateway in the settings section of the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system to enable
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     to publish alerts through
    SiRcom
     Giant Voice.
  • Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management console and check the
    Delivery Gateways
     section to verify that the
    SiRcom
     device gateway has been installed. If it is installed, skip this section.
