Generate an inactive users report

Generate an inactive users report to create a list of all inactive users from a selected date.
Data for this report is only available starting from the version 5.8.0 release of
BlackBerry Workspaces
 server. Activities performed by users that authenticated via custom OAuth IDP or as a Service Account are not captured in these reports.
  1. In the left pane, click
    Usage
    .
  2. In the
    Inactive users
     area, select the date to begin the report.
  3. Click
    Generate Report
    .
    The report is generated and sent to your email address as a .csv file.
