.Integration is available for on-premise customers only.
Editing using
Office Online
is available when the following conditions are met:- Your organization must be aMicrosoftVolume License customer.
- Office Onlinehas been configured for your organization according to the instructions in theBlackBerry WorkspacesAppliance-X Add-ons Installation Guide.
- Office Onlineis enabled in the administration console.
- The file is from OOXML format (docx, pptx, xlsx)
- The user has been granted copy-paste capabilities viaBlackBerry Workspacesfor the file
- The file has not been restricted to "Spotlight" mode viaBlackBerry Workspaces
- If working on a file in a workspace, the user must have been granted the capability to update all documents in the parent folder.
- If working on a received file, the user must be the file owner, or the file must have been shared in collaboration mode.
