Install SolarWinds

SolarWinds cannot be installed on a Domain Controller.
  1. To install SolarWinds, click the following link and complete all the steps: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/en/flarehelp/sam/content/sam-install-sam-stand-alone.htm.
  2. After installing Solar Winds, click 
    Start
     > 
    All Programs
     > 
    SolarWinds Orion
     > 
    Orion Web Console
    .
  3. To verify if the installation is successful, on the 
    Login
     screen, enter the user name as 
    admin
     and leave the password field blank.
  4. Click 
    Login
    .
