Configure voicemail options

Configure voicemail options by updating the

nds.tas.common

plug-in from the

NDS

console.

In the

NDS

console, navigate to

Management

Configuration

Select

nds.tas.common

In the

Value

field, copy and paste the following code statements:

Specify the values for the voice parameters described in the following table. You should keep the default values as shown.

Lync network authentication configuration parameter	Description
vmDetectionVoiceTimeOutMs	Internal setting: do not change.
callbackPhoneNumber	Enter the internal extension (usually a 4 or 5 digit number) for the Lync user account. For example 7000 .
callbackExternalPhoneNumber	Enter the external extension phone number for the Lync user account. For example: 1-800-555-7000 .
callbackPinValidationMaxRetry	Internal setting: do not change.
callbackPhoneValidationMaxRetry	Internal setting: do not change.
voiceMaxRetry	Internal setting: do not change.
