Set up minimum and maximum concurrent connections

You can configure resource support levels for each account by device type and resource type.
  1. In the 
    NDS
     console, navigate to 
    Management
     > 
    Account
    .
  2. Highlight the account that you want to configure. The account configuration tabs open below.
  3. Click 
    Support
     for the LyncPhone device.
  4. Enter values for the 
    Max Concurrent Connections
     and 
    Min Concurrent Connections
     fields.
To ensure that the lines are available when required, you should add 1.25 of the total number of lines assigned to this account as the Max and Min concurrent connections values.
