 system. Use a 

BlackBerry AtHoc

 identifiable username and name, such as 

alertadmin

 and 

AtHoc Notification System

.

Ensure the 

Microsoft Lync Server

 account can place Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) calls, which is required for enterprise voice.

For callback purposes, ensure the account is assigned an internal and an external phone number to call in. Add these phone numbers in the 

callback 

fields of the 

Microsoft Lync Server
