You can configure multiple instances of the
BlackBerry Router
for high availability. You configure only one port for BlackBerry Router
instances to listen on.BlackBerry UEM
does not support a BlackBerry Router
instance that was originally used with BES5
. By default,
BlackBerry UEM
connects to the BlackBerry Router
using port 3102 for BlackBerry UEM
services and port 3101 for BES5
services. The BlackBerry Router
supports all outbound traffic from the BlackBerry UEM Core
and BlackBerry Affinity Manager

Install the
BlackBerry Router
in the BlackBerry UEM
domain. For instructions for installing the BlackBerry Router

content.- On the menu bar, clickSettings > Infrastructure > BlackBerry Router and proxy.
- Select theBlackBerry Routeroption.
- Click

- Type the IP address or host name of theBlackBerry Routerinstance that you want to connect toBlackBerry UEM.
- ClickAdd.
- Repeat steps 1 to 5 for eachBlackBerry Routerinstance that you want to configure.
- In thePortfield, type the port number that allBlackBerry Routerinstances listen on. The default value is 3102.
