This parameter specifies the name used to greet the alert recipient if 
BlackBerry AtHoc
cannot determine the display name, the first name, or the last name. Do not change this parameter as it is almost always certain that BlackBerry AtHoc
has the user data. However, if you need to change it, modify it according to the customer requirements.
