Configure call bridge values in an alert template
When publishing an alert, you can add a call bridge (conference call) to a response options.
- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as an administrator.
- ClickAlert>Alert Templates.
- Create a new template or edit an existing template. To learn how to create alert templates, see the .
- In theResponse Textfields in theContentsection, enter the call bridge values.
- Type: SelectCall Bridge.
- ForCall Bridge: Enter the conference call number.
- ForPass Code: Enter the code for the conference call. To add pauses before or in the middle of the code (for the operator to speak), add a comma for each second of pause time.
- Finish creating or modifying the alert template and save your changes.
