Configure call bridge values in an alert template

When publishing an alert, you can add a call bridge (conference call) to a response options.
  1. Log in to the 
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as an administrator.
  2. Click 
    Alert
     > 
    Alert Templates
    .
  3. Create a new template or edit an existing template. To learn how to create alert templates, see the .
  4. In the 
    Response Text
     fields in the 
    Content
     section, enter the call bridge values.
    1. Type: Select 
      Call Bridge
      .
    2. For 
      Call Bridge
      : Enter the conference call number.
    3. For 
      Pass Code
      : Enter the code for the conference call. To add pauses before or in the middle of the code (for the operator to speak), add a comma for each second of pause time.
  5. Finish creating or modifying the alert template and save your changes.
