- Go to theStartmenu and search forCisco.
- ClickCisco TSPx64 Configuration.
- On theCisco Unified Communications Manager TSP: CiscoTSP001.tspproperties window, click theUsertab.
- Copy the User Name and Password values for configuring the upgraded version.Take a screen capture of the dialog.
- Copy the values in the other tabs.
- ClickCancelto close the properties.
- In theStartmenu, selectCisco Media Driver Configuration.
- On theCisco Media Driver Configurationdialog, copy the values.Take a screen capture of the dialog.
