, you set up the device using the BlackBerry AtHoc
cloud delivery services gateway.- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as an administrator.
- In the navigation bar, click
.
- In theDevicessection, selectAtHoc Cloud Delivery Servicesgateways.
- On theCloud Delivery Servicepage, clickCopy default settings.
- Configure the Notification Delivery Server (NDS) address, Username, and Password. As you configure the service, note the following:
- TheNDSaddress is the server address of theNDSserver.
- The Account\User in theUsernamefield is the account and username that you set up forTASin Manage accounts for Hosted TAS.
- ClickSave.
- In the navigation bar, click
.
- In theDevicessection, clickDevices.
- On theDevice Managerscreen, scroll down to the phone devices.
- Select the devices that you plan to use, such asPhone - EmergencyorPhone - Work.
- ClickEditand fill in the values appropriate for your organization.
- Ensure thatBlackBerry AtHoc Cloud Delivery Serviceis selected as a gateway. If it is not, clickAdd a Delivery Gateway, and select the gateway.
- ClickSaveto return to the Device Manager.
- From theDevice Managerscreen, select the check box for each device type used by the account.
- ClickEnable.
- Verify that each device is enabled by checking theStatuscolumn.
