Start the Windows audio service

audio serviceThis section describes how to start the
Windows
Audio service on the RD Session Host server.You must have membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, on the RD Session Host server that you plan to configure.
- On the RD Session Host server, clickStartto open the Services snap-in.
- Hover overAdministrative Tools, and clickServices.
- If theUser Account Controldialog appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then clickYes.
- In theServicespane, right-clickWindows Audio, and clickProperties.
- From theStartup typebox, on theGeneraltab, selectAutomatic, and clickApply.
- FromService status, clickStart.
- ClickOK.
- Confirm that the Status column for the Windows Audio service displays Started.
