Enable the Inbound Event Manager for IPAWS
After you finish the installation or the upgrade of the database server, enable the Inbound Event Manager (IEM) for IPAWS.
- Deploy the database script files:
- OpenMicrosoft SQL ServerManagement Studio and connect to the database server.
- Log in as “sa” (or “ngad”).
- From theQuerywindow, openEnable_IEM.sql.
- Click Executefrom the Query window.
- Restart IIS and theAtHocServices.
- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as an administrator.
- Change to theSystem Setup (3)organization.
- Click

- In theSystem Setupsection, clickSystem Jobs.
- On theSystem Taskswindow, clickIEM IPAWS Plugin Agent - For All VPS.
