IPAWS plug-in supports both WEA 1.0 and WEA 2.0.With WEA 2.0, when a specific event type is selected in the Device Options in
BlackBerry AtHoc
, NDS
appends a relevant WEA handling code to the payload before sending it to IPAWS.The following table shows the mapping of event types and WEA handling codes:
