Verify the IPAWS plug-in process is running

  1. Open the 
    NDS
     console and start 
    NDS
    .
  2.  Open the 
    Task Manager
     and check the 
    AtHocNDSConsole.exe*32
     process.
  3. If the 
    AtHocNDSConsole.exe*32
     process is not running, perform the following steps:
    1. Open a command prompt and run as administrator.
    2. Navigate to the following directory: 
      NDSServer
      \Program Files (x86)\AtHocENS\DeliveryServer\Plugins\IPAWS
      .
    3. Enter 
      Run AtHocNDSConsole.exe*32
      .
