Configure scheduled jobs time interval

Open the ServiceNow instance and log in with your credentials.

On the

ServiceNow home page

, in the

Filter

navigator, type

Scheduled Jobs

and click

System Definition

>

Scheduled Jobs

.

Search for the job with the following names:

AtHoc Alert Publish Job
—Scheduled job to publish an alert.
AtHoc Alert Tracking Job
—Scheduled job for tracking alert summary, details, and status.
Update Alert Details
—Scheduled job to update the alert details in the Alert table.

Click a scheduled job.

On the

Scheduled Jobs

screen, from the

Run

list, select an interval to schedule the job.

In the

Repeat Interval

section, update the execution time interval.

The default time interval is 1 minute.

Click

Update
