Get ServiceNow device label and value
- Open the ServiceNow instance and log in with your credentials.
- On theServiceNow home page, in theFilternavigator, typesys_user.LISTand press theEnterkey. The Users table opens in a new tab.
- Click any user record. The user record opens.
- Right-click the field that you want to configure as ServiceNow device and clickConfigure Dictionary. For example, email, Business phone, or Mobile phone. The Dictionary Entry for the selected field opens.
- Copy the values from theColumn labelandColumn namefields.
- Repeat steps 4 to 5 to get values for other fields that you want to configure as ServiceNow devices.
