Manage access to a sent file
Manage permissions for files you have shared.
- Tapto access your sent files.Sent Files
- Next to the desired file, tap.Manage Access
- Tap the name of the person or group that you want to manage permissions for.
- To change the access permissions, tap
in the
PERMISSIONSarea, and select the desired access level. When done, tapto return to Manage permissions.
For more information about permissions, see Available permission sets.To revoke access, set the permissions toNo access. - To set the time when the file will no longer be accessible by the recipients, tap
in the
EXPIRATIONarea, and select the desired time period. When done, tapto return to Manage Permissions.
- To ensure that the file is displayed to recipients with a watermark, set the slider toONin theWATERMARKarea.Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. When permissions are set toFull access, watermarks are only displayed on PDF files. When permissions are set to any of theDownload protectedpermissions, watermarks are not displayed on Office files.
- To enable commenting on the file, set the slider in theCOMMENTSarea toON.
