Share a workspace or folder
To share a workspace, folder, or file
with others:
- Next to the desired workspace or folder, tap >Share WorkspaceorShare Folder.
- In theADD MEMBERSarea, do one of the following:
- To manually add recipient email addresses, enter the email address(es) of the intended recipient(s).
- To select contacts from your device's contact list, tap + and select the contact(s) you want to share the file with.
When finished, tapDone. - In theRolearea, tap>and select an option. For more information, see About roles. When done, tap < to go back.
- In thePermissionsarea, tap>and select a permissions set. For more information, see About permissions.Note: The Download protected permissions are available forBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES Mode andBlackBerry WorkspacesEnterprise ES (Restrict Full Access) Mode only. For more information, contact your organization's administrator. When done, tap<to go back.
- In theExpirationarea, tap>and select the time when the file will no longer be accessible by members. Select a specific date, a time period from the list, or never. If you selectSpecific date, choose the desired date from the calendar. When done, tap<to go back.
- In theWatermarkarea, tap to toggle whether or not workspace PDF files are displayed with a watermark.Note: Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. When permissions are set to Full access, watermarks are only displayed on PDF files. When permissions are set to any of theDownload protectedpermissions, watermarks are not displayed onMicrosoft Officefiles.
- In theCommentingarea, toggle the switch to the on position to enable recipients to comment on files and view the comments of other users in the workspace.
- In theWATERMARKarea, tap to toggle whether or not workspace PDF files are displayed with a watermark.Note: Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. When permissions are set to Full access, watermarks are only displayed on PDF files.
