Reading log files
BlackBerry UEM
log files are
saved in two formats, comma-separated value and text files.BlackBerry Gatekeeping Service
logs, BlackBerry UEM
packet logs, BlackBerry Messenger
contact and message, phone call, PIN , SMS, and video chat logs are stored in CSV
format.All other log files are stored in TXT format.
