Configure the mobile device
After BlackBerry AtHoc Technical Support has set up the correct Notification Delivery Server (NDS) address, you can assign an AtHoc Mobile Gateway to the phone.
- Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management system as an administrator.
- In the navigation bar, click

- In theDevicessection, clickDevices.
- On theDevice Managerscreen, clickMobile App.
- ClickEdit.
- In theDelivery Gatewaysection, clickAdd a Delivery Gatewayand selectMobile App.
- ClickConfigureto open the text-entry field.
- By default, the configuration value appears in the text-entry field. If the text-entry field is empty, complete the following steps:
- ClickRemove.
- SelectMobile App
- ClickConfigure.
- Copy the following text into the field:<Configuration> <DeviceType>mobileNotification</DeviceType> </Configuration>
- ClickSave.
- ClickEnable.
