Delete an alert
You can delete any alert that has a status of Draft or Scheduled. If the alert has a status of Live or Ended, it cannot be deleted from the system.
- In the navigation bar, clickAlerts.
- ClickSent Alerts.
- Locate the alert you want to delete.
- Select the checkbox next to the alert name.
- At the top of the screen, clickMore Actions>Delete.
- ClickDeleteto remove the alert from the system.
The Alerts screen refreshes and the alert no longer appears in the list.
