Delete an alert

You can delete any alert that has a status of Draft or Scheduled. If the alert has a status of Live or Ended, it cannot be deleted from the system.
  1. In the navigation bar, click
    Alerts
    .
  2. Click
    Sent Alerts
    .
  3. Locate the alert you want to delete.
  4. Select the checkbox next to the alert name.
  5. At the top of the screen, click
    More Actions
    >
    Delete
    .
  6. Click
    Delete
    to remove the alert from the system.
The Alerts screen refreshes and the alert no longer appears in the list.
