Access your workspaces

The location bar provides your current location at all times and the enhanced search feature to search across your workspaces for files, folders or other workspaces that contain your search terms.

Use the action bar to perform actions on your workspaces, folders, and files, such as upload files, create new workspaces and folders, download files, send files and delete. The action bar options change dynamically depending on your actions and selections.

The navigation pane includes direct navigation to the home screen, all workspaces and external repositories you have access to as well as your sent and received files, and items your marked as favorites. The lower part of the navigation pane also includes the

BlackBerry Workspaces

Desktop application download link, and Help resources.

Use the action menu available on each workspace to perform actions on the workspace such as share, delete, create an export the workspace log, or add to your favorites. The action menu options change dynamically depending on your workspace permissions.

View information about the selected item in the management pane.

If you are a workspace administrator, you can also access the

Permissions

tab from where you can manage permissions for the selected item. For files, track activity on the file in the

File activities

tab.

For organizations where commenting is enabled, the

Comments

tab is available for users that have permissions to comment on a file.
