Manage workspace or folder permission requests
- From the top bar, click
.
- ClickWorkspace/folder permission requests.
- Click on the desired request in the list.Listed requests are per workspace or folder, and may include single or multiple requests.TheRequeststab appears in the management pane on the right after selecting a workspace or folder from the list.
- Do one of the following:
- To approve the request by adding the user directly to the workspace, selectApprove by sending a copy of the file, select the permission level to assign and clickApply.
- To approve the request by adding the user to a group, selectApprove by adding the user to:, and select fromAn existing workspace groupdepending on your level of permissions, and clickApply.
- To deny the request, selectDeny this request, and selectNotify the userto send the notification.
- ClickApply.The user is notified if the request was approved. If you denied the request, no notification is sent unless you chose to send a notification.
